Thursday 8-8	EQ(s): What is expected of me this year? Finish going over classroom procedures. Go over Scope and Sequence for the fall semester. Personal maps – students use colored pencils to draw their personal maps, share with class. (Differentiation: some may not have very many items and may not want to share – they should at least tell us their name and what grade they are in.) Assessment: Students should be bringing back their signed course expectations sheets.
Friday 8-9	EQ(s): What is expected of me this year? FCCLA Show PPT on history of FCCLA from the GAFCCLA.com website. Students fill out the FCCLA information sheet (also on that website). (Differentiation: some students may not fill out the sheet completely and that’s OK.) Finish Personal maps If time permits, can take a quick tour of kitchen. Assessment: Students should be bringing back their signed course expectations sheets.
