(ICA) - Conclude 'Basic Etiquette' video & take notes / Conclude napkin fold / side-work lab
(CA2) -Review 'Basic Standardized Recipe' review / FCCLA Culinary Knowledge Bowl online testing

Tuesday - Guest Speaker Skype visit & culinary demo , Sullivan College 
(ICA) - Review table setting with dinnerware, glassware, glassware and flatware
(CA2) - Conclude & review Ch. 13 Basic Standardized Recipe vocabulary

Wednesday
(ICA) -Complete Ch. 6 Etiquette Package
(CA2) -  Plan market order for burger recipes & prep. lab

Thursday
(ICA) - Set a table based on a menu
(CA2) - Skill lab - prep lab

Friday 
 (ICA) - Begin side work lab - (create at least 20 decorative / geometrical folds)
(CA2) -  Skill lab -  Burger Challenge / Staff lunch

Level 2 students report to cafeteria internship as scheduled

Week 9/23-27/2019 - Fall Break / School Closed

ICA - Conclude side-work/napkin fold lab & enrichment activities for Chapter 6 'Dining Experience'
CA2
Mon. 9/16 - Submit final / draft burger recipes , complete biweekly article report 
Tues. 9/17 - quiz servsafe & prep for burger challenge afterwards 
Wed. 9/18 - students will conclude the burger lab / scheduled students will report to Internship
Thurs. 9/19  - students will have an opportunity to have the practice lab 2
Fri. 9/20  - complete Chapter 13 - Standardized Recipe Basics / Field Trip - Benihana Japanese Steakhouse (students that submitted monies/permission forms)

(CA1) - Conclude /create burger challenge project flyer/ skill lab - practice lab option 1 of 4 / servsafe review

Wednesday
(ICA) -Complete Ch. 6 Etiquette Package /continue side-work / napkin fold lab
(CA1) - Report to Cafeteria Internship / Test - servsafe

Thursday
(ICA) - Set a table based on a menu / continue side-work / napkin fold lab
(CA1) - Skill lab - skill lab - practice lab option 2 of 4 beans

Friday 
 (ICA) - Begin side work lab - (create at least 20 decorative / geometrical folds)
(CA1) -  Skill lab - Staff Lunch Nathan's hot dog / Cater - pre-game meal (football)
