WHEN WILL FOOD LABS BEGIN...
Food labs should begin tenatively Tuesday, March 25, 2014
Please note: As noted in the syllabus
Students must take both the safety and sanitation test and receive 80% to beginning food labs.
The assessment will include the following;
Procedures for fire safety
Knife safety
First aid
Sanitation procedures
The test will be given Monday, March 24,2014
