Monday 
(ICA) - Conclude 'Basic Etiquette' video & take notes / Conclude napkin fold / side-work lab
(CA2) -Review 'Basic Standardized Recipe' review / FCCLA Culinary Knowledge Bowl online testing

Tuesday - Guest Speaker Skype visit & culinary demo , Sullivan College 
(ICA) - Review table setting with dinnerware, glassware, glassware and flatware
(CA2) - Conclude & review Ch. 13 Basic Standardized Recipe vocabulary

Wednesday
(ICA) -Complete Ch. 6 Etiquette Package
(CA2) -  Plan market order for burger recipes & prep. lab

Thursday
(ICA) - Set a table based on a menu
(CA2) - Skill lab - prep lab

Friday 
 (ICA) - Begin side work lab - (create at least 20 decorative / geometrical folds)
(CA2) -  Skill lab -  Burger Challenge / Staff lunch

Level 2 students report to cafeteria internship as scheduled
